Alright! probably you have heard about Nissan's new Engine(e power) or if not, well we'll talk about it here so you know how it works, and of course, what advantages it has over the existing engine types. For learning purpose, An engine or motor is a machine designed to convert one form of energy into mechanical energy. Heat engines convert heat into work via various thermodynamic processes. By that, The very first self-powered road vehicles were powered by steam engines. Nowadays we have internal combustion engines that have become the heart of Automobile and how they work is that they use the explosive combustion of fuel to push a piston within a cylinder. the piston's movement turns a crankshaft that then turns the car wheels via a chain or a drive shaft, in addition, they use different types of fuels such as petrol, gasoline, diesel and kerosene. How it works:
The electric motor provides power to the wheels. when the car decelerates, energy is captured and stored in the battery via regenerative braking. The inverter then converts DC(Direct Current) and AC (Alternating Current) to manage electric power between the battery and electric motor. Adjustments to the electric motor are made within Fractions of a second for a responsive refined driving experience. Vehicles with this engine use a lightweight, compact high-performance lithium-ion battery. The gasoline engine generates electricity to charge the battery which powers the electric motor. The Engine is a hundred per cent electric motor driven with energy supplied by the gasoline engine. Driving using the electric motor powered by the battery will provide a smooth and quiet drive. when a driver eases up the accelerator, the electric motor charges the battery using regenerative braking while the vehicle decelerates smoothly. The e power engine has both high fuel efficiency and high power generation efficiency. Electric power is provided with both battery and Engine resulting in impressive power output and fast acceleration. you can control the vehicles speed by operating only the accelerator pedal thus there is a reduction in the need to switch between pedals when accelerating or braking
